# Platform Keys

Platform Keys is a Squire feature based on the [Platform Keys](https://github.com/lootlocker/gitbook-sync/blob/main/content/platform-keys/README.md) feature that allows you to securely distribute game keys directly through Discord. With Platform Keys, you can manage key batches for supported platforms, control who can claim them, and turn your Discord server into a powerful channel for access campaigns, rewards, and community activation.

### Use Cases

* Distribute closed alpha or beta access keys to your Discord community
* Gate platform key access behind Discord roles
* Run launch-weekend giveaway campaigns for your most engaged fans
* Provide review or preview keys to creators and community ambassadors
* Reward milestone achievements in your Discord server with game access
