This how-to configures a Catalog Listing to be purchasable using the Apple App Store.
Prerequisites
- Apple App Store IAP settings configured for your game
- At least one rewardable item, such as an Asset, Currency, or Progression
- A Catalog with at least one Catalog Listing
Create the Product in App Store Connect
Before configuring your Catalog Listing, you must create the in-app purchase in App Store Connect.
Go to App Store Connect and select your app.
Navigate to Monetization → In-App Purchases and click Create. Fill in the following information:
- Type: Consumable or Non-Consumable
- Reference Name: used in App Store Connect
- Product ID: a unique alphanumeric ID that will link to the Catalog Listing in LootLocker
Next, configure pricing, localization, and availability, and save your changes.

Add Apple App Store to a Catalog Listing
In the Web Console, navigate to your Catalog and select the Catalog Listing you want to configure. In the Actions column, click View Listing.
Open the IAP tab and select Apple App Store from the list of available providers.
Fill in the following field:
- Product ID: the product identifier configured in App Store Connect for this in-app purchase (e.g.,
com.yourapp.premium_currency). This must exactly match the Product ID defined in Apple's system.
Click Save Changes to save your Apple App Store IAP configuration.
Enable the Listing for Purchase
Open the Settings tab for the Catalog Listing. Enable the Purchasable toggle to allow the listing to be purchased.
Click Save Changes again.
Conclusion
Your Catalog Listing is now configured to support purchases using the Apple App Store. Once your game is integrated with the purchase flow, players will be able to purchase this listing through Apple and receive the configured rewards.
