CRM Platforms

CRM Platforms connects LootLocker to an email marketing platform, passing the email addresses your players sign up with through White Label Login — along with the Metadata you choose to map — to that platform's contact list. This lets you build email campaigns around what players actually do in your game, without exporting player data by hand or building your own sync.

Brevo and CleverReach are supported.

Use Cases

  • Welcome new players after they create an account
  • Win back players who stopped playing
  • Announce updates, seasons, and events by email
  • Target a campaign at players who reached a certain level
  • Target a campaign at players on a specific platform
  • Build a mailing list that reflects in-game behavior

How It Works

A CRM platform is configured under Settings in the Web Console, in the CRM Platforms section. Each platform has its own settings panel with the credentials it needs, and a key mapping that decides which Metadata reaches the CRM. Both platforms can be enabled at the same time.

Data is pushed to the CRM at two points:

  • When a new White Label Login account is created, the player's email address is passed to the CRM as a new contact.
  • When a player's Metadata is updated, the values for any mapped keys are passed to the CRM and written to the fields you mapped them to.

Nothing else leaves LootLocker. The integration sends the email address and the Metadata keys you explicitly map — no player IDs, display names, or unmapped Metadata — and it is one-way: changes you make in the CRM are never written back to LootLocker.

LootLocker passes contacts to the CRM; it does not decide who is eligible to receive marketing. How consent is handled depends on the platform:

  • Brevo: handle opt-in inside Brevo, using automations to decide which contacts campaigns are sent to.
  • CleverReach: point the Marketing Opt-in Key at the Metadata key that records whether a player opted in, and set an Activation Form ID to send CleverReach's double opt-in activation email.

Limitations

  • Only email addresses from White Label Login are passed. Players who authenticate through a platform or as a guest have no email address for LootLocker to send.
  • Only players created after the integration is connected are passed to the CRM. There is no automatic backfill of your existing players — contact LootLocker if you need a one-off export of them.
  • Adding a mapping does not backfill. A newly mapped key only reaches the CRM the next time that player's Metadata is updated, so plan your mappings before you go live rather than adding them as you go.
  • The Web Console does not report on individual pushes. There is no sync log, and saving your settings does not verify your credentials, so confirm that contacts are arriving in the CRM itself.

How-To

CRM Platforms builds directly on White Label Login, which supplies the email addresses, and on the Metadata attached to a player's profile, which supplies everything else you send.
